Shipping and Returns


Order Handling Time: We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. However, during peak periods, order handling time may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you if there is a delay in handling your order.

Transit Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the transit time will vary depending on your location. Generally, our shipping carrier takes 2-3 business days to deliver packages within the UK. For EU orders 7 days, and outside of these zones 12 – 24 days.

Working Days: Our shipping carrier operates Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates vary based on the weight and destination of your package. You can see the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your package has been shipped.

Delivery: Our shipping carrier will deliver your package to the address provided during checkout. If you have any special delivery instructions or requests, please include them in the “Notes” section during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

International Shipping: At this time, we offer tracked international shipping for parcels over 1kg. And untracked large letter to EU counties for everything below – like our sourdough pouches.


At Oceanic Woodstore, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, our returns policy is designed to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.

1. Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

4. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

6. Exceptions:

Personalized or custom-made items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

Clearance items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Final Sale Items:

Certain items may be marked as final sale and are non-returnable. This information will be clearly stated in the product description.
